Molding Services Cartec offers a wide variety of
precision injection molding services to the office supplies
industry. We have extensive experience in molding all types
of engineered material. OEM and third party molding programs are a major part of our service offering. This includes molding requirements or supporting you for short run or overflow needs. Cartec can implement various quality control programs such as Military 105E, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and ISO 9000 to meet your product requirements. Cartec utilizes a dedicated molder for all of its production. Our dedicated molder is conforming to ISO 9000 standards and procedures and is presently under review for ISO 9000 approval. Eleven new Nissi injection molding machines with the latest closed loop systems are used to ensure precise control. These machines range from 7 ton to 180 ton. Over 60 molds for impact ribbon kits, spools, winding cores and thermal cores are currently in our production, with more being added each year. Complete confidentiality and conformance to specifications is provided to all prospective customers.
